I'm always nervous ordering from a site… I'm always nervous ordering from a site that I've never purchased from before but the positive reviews on trustpilot made me feel at ease. Not only did they have hard to find shoes in stock, but I received them in less than a week. I'm very impressed. I will be returning to this site in the future =)

The only issue I would have at the shoe…frustrated The only issue I would have at the shoe station in Malbis is there is not enough workers on the most busiest of Holidays. Therefore you were on your on looking for a shoe that could very well have been there or sold out. And you could have been so frustrated and just left the store without purchasing anything.

Shoe Station Albany GA… Every time I stop by the Shoe Station in Albany GA, I feel welcomed. I'm never left hanging at the register and there is ALWAYS someone around ready to help me. Lets not forget the deals and all the savings on all types of brands. I look forward to continuing shopping there.

The worst system for ordering online and knowing when package will arrive The shoes are not the problem. The system is a big problem! When placing an order, what I have added to the cart will disappear either right before check out or during check out. I have placed an order unintentionally twice because all of the info just disappeared and I had no way of knowing whether or not the order went through because I did not receive a confirmation. Ended up with the same order twice. The other issue is that once I do receive confirmation and it tells me I will get a shipping email, I never get another email. Just the confirmation email and that is it. I never know when the order ships or when it will arrive. Very frustrating!! Not to mention the multitude of boxes arriving over multiple days for one order.
