GBPriscilla and the Regional manager… Priscilla and the Regional manager refused to exchange my wife's shoes even though the in seams were cutting in on her foot. Priscilla refused to even talk with on the phone. Worse retail service ever! Will be passing one Star on Google and contacting BBB. Word of mouth is the best advertisement... BEWARE!

GBNeed more customer service employees Need more customer service employees. I did not have anyone to help me locate things that I needed. I had to ask for help to reach shoes from the top shelf after waiting several minutes. I then had to look for help myself for other helpers to bring a step ladder to help.

GBMobile AL store We stopped in the Mobile, AL store on our way to FL. Employees were arguing at the counter who was going to take a break first and left us standing there waiting to return some shoes. Just needed a bigger size and asked where the shoes were located in their store and all they did was point towards the back of the store. After walking towards the back and looking for what seemed like forever we finally found someone else to ask who was helpful. We won't go back to that store.

GBKevin rocks! I recently ordered a total of 6 pairs of shoes from Shoe Station. I was missing an order so I called the store in Columbus, GA which was on all three packages I had received. The manager on duty was named Kevin. He was kin, patient and genuinely concerned about the shipment I was missing. He said he would call back and let me know what he could find out since I had ordered online. To my excitement, he called me back by the end of business. Yes, he found the package and gave me the date it would arrive. More importantly, he honored his word. He has not only earned my continued business but my referrals to all friends and family.

DEWas a little skeptical reading the… Was a little skeptical reading the reviews online, but ordered anyway! I bought a pair of Nike Air Force 1 shadows and they came in right on time & I LOVE them! Even during the virus and everything that's going on they delivered! 11/10, online tracking for the shipping was perfect as well!
