The module design idea is fantastic and… The module design idea is fantastic and also more eco friendly to allow user customize their own bag as they want, no need to buy many bags. The materials, the quality of the bag are really well made and environmental friendly also make me really decide to buy it. Compared to other camera bag brand’s products in the same range ou price and propose, this is the best in my opinion. Specially when I see those different bag which sell on lien, once I saw them in real, right away I see the difference! No regard! Really satisfied!

Came all the way here to warn everyone… Came all the way here to warn everyone not to buy anything from here. Charging shipping both ways if you're unsatisfied with a product. It's 2023, you're an online retailer, customers are spending $80+ on an item sight unseen, and no return label? Basically paid $20 to look at the bag for 5 mins and realized that it sucks. Terrible customer service. No attempt to make things right.

Outstanding bag and outstanding customer service I bought my Prima System back in 2018 and it has been, hands down, the best bag I've ever owned and I'm a bag snob. It's been up and down mountains, everywhere I've travelled all over the world, to and from my office every day and has been as comfortable and practical as I could have hoped. The organization is perfect, not too much, not too little. I've never had an issue with the bag until the zip on the side pocket finally gave out after 6 years. I took it to a local tailor and they were unable to help so I reached out to Boundary and their customer service got me set. I really couldn't ask for anything more from this bag or from Boundary. I recommend them to anyone looking for a solid bag that will last.

Simply amazing Simply amazing. Both the quality of the product, and the customer service. I bought a couple of Boundary items that were supposed to go together. Note: bought them from a retailer, not directly from Boundary. Attaching one to the other didn't quite seem to work well. I took pictures and sent them to Boundary customer service via their website. Got a quick reply from Kailey, who said that one of the items is from a newer line, and the other is from the older. Boundary offered to replace one item directly to make them match. Absolutely free of charge. Two months after my purchase. Love the quality. And I didn't think such customer service existed anymore!!

Liked but then.... Very comfortable pants with excellent wearability range. I've used them rigorously since receiving them from skiing to walking the dog and working to lounge wear. Would not recommend for temperatures above 50f even with the vents open. I love them however the zipper failed on one pocket, 4 months in. We'll see how the warranty department handles the repair.
