I ordered an arclite sling bag and… I ordered an arclite sling bag and accessories during black Friday. Didn't expect to arrive within two weeks to Thailand. The sling bag has became my daily bag pack replacing my errant bag. The aluminum close hook got scratch since my very first week of using. Better scratch resistance next model would be great. I found it quite annoying without a cup holder. I sorted of have a work around by using a cup with small handle to hook it with the close hook but it's not that convenient to unpack. So far great quality bag. Will always be a big fan .

Poor Service, Poor Logistics, Poor Support. Like many others have experienced, Boundary Supply appears to operate in bad faith. Ordered an "In Stock, Ready to Ship" bag as well as several accessories on November 19th. Two weeks after the order, I sent an email having not received shipping information. I was told they were delayed and would ship in 48 hours. One week later, I follow up and they say their warehouse had logistics issues. The following week I reach out and was given a USPS tracking number that sat idle for over a week without any information or actual shipment. The order has now missed a trip it was needed for, and won't even arrive before the holidays. Even if the bag is any good, Boundary Supply clearly has terrible customer service, logistics, and support.

These products are underrated!! I had done a lot of research for different travel/camera backpacks that would look good, carry all my gear and last me a long time while paying a fair price - I think I found my backpack! Better quality than I thought it would be, and it does the job well! For sure making a recommendation video and sharing for others to check out the product! 😊🤘🏽

Started off seeing the Arclite sling… Started off seeing the Arclite sling was no longer in stock; messaged the folks at Boundary supply and they responded with quickly with details when it'll be back in stock. Was told they'll let me know and they did send a follow up email when to expect it and pre-order. Fast forward to present and it's now my second favorite bag right behind my Goruck Echo. Great communication and equally great product!

Amazing Pack - Amazing Support After doing a ton of research, I finally decided on the Errant Pro X-Pack from Boundary. It was a bit of a mission to find because it was sold out everywhere, but I managed to snag one from a distributor in Hong Kong who was able to ship it to me quickly. When it arrived, I was thrilled, but I noticed one of the fid-lock clasps was faulty. I reached out to Boundary Supply, and they were on it right away, unfortunately they didn't have any replacements in stock as they bag is on backorder for months. They suggested I try reaching out to the distributor for another bag, and offered to re-imburse them, unfortunately the distributor was un-responsive, and it didn't work out. Boundary Supply didn't leave me hanging, though. They offered a few solutions to fix the issue. I landed on just buying a replacement fid-lock and installing it myself. When I told them, they went above and beyond and sent me the tech bag I'd been heavily eyeing, completely free of charge for my troubles. Overall, I'm thrilled with my experience with Boundary Supply and my new Errant Pro X-Pack. Despite the initial hiccup, it's a fantastic and stunning backpack, and Kailey from their customer service team was top-notch.
