CASame experience as other people Same experience as other people. I put an order in. Auto confirmation came back. They charged my credit card. No shipping confirmation. No product received. No response from service after three attempts. No other contact information. It would appear they are out of business or just really bad at business. Avoid.

GBGreat piece of kit The hardware they're selling is excellent quality and highly useful. I recently purchased the Errant and love it for my daily commute. It holds all the tools I need, tablet, laptop, battery bank, and even a jacket with room to spare. Before the Errant I was using the Prima System bag with internal camera bag installed and while it is an excellent bag and has held up to the punishment of my work, its a bit more bulky than the Errant and better suited to travel/adventure. Errant is excellent as a daily carry bag.

GBSimply amazing Simply amazing. Both the quality of the product, and the customer service. I bought a couple of Boundary items that were supposed to go together. Note: bought them from a retailer, not directly from Boundary. Attaching one to the other didn't quite seem to work well. I took pictures and sent them to Boundary customer service via their website. Got a quick reply from Kailey, who said that one of the items is from a newer line, and the other is from the older. Boundary offered to replace one item directly to make them match. Absolutely free of charge. Two months after my purchase. Love the quality. And I didn't think such customer service existed anymore!!

QALike many others have experienced Like many others have experienced, Boundary Supply appears to operate in bad faith. Ordered an "In Stock, Ready to Ship" bag as well as several accessories on November 20th. Two weeks after the order, I sent an email having not received shipping information. I was told they were delayed and would ship in 48 hours. 2 week later, I follow up and no news at all.I never get shipping track number. Also they say some item was not available but is already available on web site. The order has never be sent and no solution founded. Christmas gift is dead. Boundary Supply clearly has terrible customer service, logistics, and support.

THI ordered an arclite sling bag and… I ordered an arclite sling bag and accessories during black Friday. Didn't expect to arrive within two weeks to Thailand. The sling bag has became my daily bag pack replacing my errant bag. The aluminum close hook got scratch since my very first week of using. Better scratch resistance next model would be great. I found it quite annoying without a cup holder. I sorted of have a work around by using a cup with small handle to hook it with the close hook but it's not that convenient to unpack. So far great quality bag. Will always be a big fan .
