Amazing Pack - Amazing Support After doing a ton of research, I finally decided on the Errant Pro X-Pack from Boundary. It was a bit of a mission to find because it was sold out everywhere, but I managed to snag one from a distributor in Hong Kong who was able to ship it to me quickly. When it arrived, I was thrilled, but I noticed one of the fid-lock clasps was faulty. I reached out to Boundary Supply, and they were on it right away, unfortunately they didn't have any replacements in stock as they bag is on backorder for months. They suggested I try reaching out to the distributor for another bag, and offered to re-imburse them, unfortunately the distributor was un-responsive, and it didn't work out. Boundary Supply didn't leave me hanging, though. They offered a few solutions to fix the issue. I landed on just buying a replacement fid-lock and installing it myself. When I told them, they went above and beyond and sent me the tech bag I'd been heavily eyeing, completely free of charge for my troubles. Overall, I'm thrilled with my experience with Boundary Supply and my new Errant Pro X-Pack. Despite the initial hiccup, it's a fantastic and stunning backpack, and Kailey from their customer service team was top-notch.

Poor Service, Poor Logistics, Poor Support. Like many others have experienced, Boundary Supply appears to operate in bad faith. Ordered an "In Stock, Ready to Ship" bag as well as several accessories on November 19th. Two weeks after the order, I sent an email having not received shipping information. I was told they were delayed and would ship in 48 hours. One week later, I follow up and they say their warehouse had logistics issues. The following week I reach out and was given a USPS tracking number that sat idle for over a week without any information or actual shipment. The order has now missed a trip it was needed for, and won't even arrive before the holidays. Even if the bag is any good, Boundary Supply clearly has terrible customer service, logistics, and support.

Started off seeing the Arclite sling… Started off seeing the Arclite sling was no longer in stock; messaged the folks at Boundary supply and they responded with quickly with details when it'll be back in stock. Was told they'll let me know and they did send a follow up email when to expect it and pre-order. Fast forward to present and it's now my second favorite bag right behind my Goruck Echo. Great communication and equally great product!

Came all the way here to warn everyone… Came all the way here to warn everyone not to buy anything from here. Charging shipping both ways if you're unsatisfied with a product. It's 2023, you're an online retailer, customers are spending $80+ on an item sight unseen, and no return label? Basically paid $20 to look at the bag for 5 mins and realized that it sucks. Terrible customer service. No attempt to make things right.

Shipping delay issues Shipping delay issues. I have two running orders right now. One ordered on August 22nd and the second one on August 24th for separate items. I have contacted info email and received no communication back. I followed up with another email and again nothing back. Been 2 weeks approaching a third week with no communication. They were a good company last year and fulfillment was top notch during a pandemic but this year is not it.
