GBFirst time ordering at shopbop First time ordering at shopbop. Account got locked for absolutely no reason like a lot of people reviewing in here. My card got charged and it’s been two weeks with no refund for Order Number: 126120364. Reached out and was told to wait 5 business days when it’s been over 5 business days. I just want the item or refund. It’s not that hard. Do not recommend ever ordering from shopbop. Their service is disgusting

GBNo email for cancellation on order My account was wrongfully inactivated on my first order?? Didn’t know it was inactivated until 3 days after trying to get into my account to see my shipping updates. Contacted them the first time & was told I won’t receive an email for them canceling my order 125736127 ?? It’s been almost two weeks and I STILL haven’t received my money back. Work on your horrible customer service, will never purchase from Shopbop again.

GBOne star is too high One star is too high. Ordered aftershave supposedly from perfume shop only to find was being delivered from China. Not delivered and emails being rejected when I’ve chased up. Absolute scam and will pursue refund via credit card.

SAI've been a customer for years and was… I've been a customer for years and was genuinely happy until last month. I ordered a dress and instead I was sent a sarong. As I was travelling for work I shipped by Aramex not DHL expecting a full refund. They have charged me $85 dollars for DHL returns (a service I did not use). Also a refund of $27.60 for the import fees please as it's your mistake. Hopefully this is a one off but not happy.

MXPerfect Shipping service to Mexico I shopped for a Jacket on Dec 26th to ship to Mexico and got it by Jan 4th with no incidents, everything was perfect, and I loved the product and the service overall. I didn't need to contact them, make any returns, etc. so I can't review based on those needs.
