SCAM? SCAM? I ordered a $500 product on Shopbop and immediately my account got locked. No customer service via email, nobody's picking up the phone. Have I been scammed $500? I want my money back or my account unlocked.

Awful, Awful Customer Service Awful, Awful customer service. I made a large purchase through ShopBop last week. I received my package and more than half of my merchandise is missing. When I filed a claim with ShopBop, it was denied and I could only be refunded if the merchandise was returned. They will not speak to me on the phone, this is all through email. I refuse to pay for clothing that I did not receive, but there is no one to speak to about this or to escalate. I will never buy from them again, and I will be sure to make my experience known to friends.

One star is too high One star is too high. Ordered aftershave supposedly from perfume shop only to find was being delivered from China. Not delivered and emails being rejected when I’ve chased up. Absolute scam and will pursue refund via credit card.

Not a full refund at all Not a full refund at all! They don’t give you the full price of what you paid. I was given only a partial refund, I had paid $220 only a few weeks ago and today received $151 as my return — what an absolute scam and disgrace of a company. I had to pay for shipping despite the top of the website saying it was free shipping and returns, taxes were not refunded, and the conversion was less today than 3 weeks ago when I purchased so I paid extra to whom and for what? I will resolutely not be supporting this company in the future, first and last purchase here.

Bad feeling - resolved It's my first time with shopbop. I ordered a pair of pants almost one week ago. The parcel was sent with UPS. Since yesterday while tracking my package it says: "Delay: Emergency Situation or Severe Weather, Istanbul, Turkey" . This seems very strange to me and my feeling is I won't get my package... Also, I have tried 100 times to unsubscribe from their mails, it does not work and I keep receiving them. Bad feeling overall.... A few days later, after having sent this review, my package arrived. So no bad feeling in retrospect... They also stopped the mails finally...
