Good customer service UPDATE: The company contacted me after reading this review. The issue has been resolved. The Patch Superstore replaced all the patches that had an issue with a few days after contacting me. The new patches meet my high standards for quality. Based on the phone conversation and their response I can now recommend their services. Note if you have an issue don't rely solely on email it may make it into the spam folder and never be seen. Call and speak to a company representative to make sure they're aware of any issues. I've changed my 2 star rating to 5. Great patch supplier!! Great patch supplier!!! After reading some of the negative reviews I was a bit nervous to order with them. Once I spoke to the salesperson everything went smooth. Listen to sales when they have recommendations for your design. Being new to this type of production they really made it easy and with the recommendations as these look better then I would have imagined. Shipping was also very quick with overnight delivery with FedEx the total order took 11 days.

Received my patches today Received my patches today. What we received was not close to what we had requested. Even if they had been the right size the stitching was horrible. Absolutely no attempt with customer service to even try to resolve the matter. Definitely won't be ordering again. As far as your reply to this you lied. It was definitely not the size we ask for nor were we offered any thing from you to make this right. As stated we have the patches from another company with no problems what so ever.

Customer service is almost non-existent I bought some patches last month and I am still waiting on my order. I wanted to get an update on when they would arrive. They don't answer the phone or call back. I got an e-mail stating and I quote: "I'm guessing it will ship next week sometime." I run a business and this is not an acceptable answer to me. I am hoping the quality of the patches when they arrive will be better than their bad customer service. Either way I am NOT ordering from them again.

This is my first time working with this… This is my first time working with this company and I must say from the 1st call Megan as been wonderful help she is knowledgeable and understanding she is friendly and very helpful I look forward to doing ALOT Of business ..
