Easiest process ever! Worked with Megan to get our corporate patches created. There was a lot of detail work and we were able to keep the integrity of the design, yet simplify for production. With just a few emails back and forth, we got exactly what we wanted! We couldn't be happier.

Great patch. Fantastic product. The patches are as I envisioned it. The customer service and quality of the product was outstanding. Shipping was very timely. The patches are so beautiful that I have begun given them as gift to my students and not just wearing them when i teach. I would definitely have recommended the company and will gladly reorder again and again from them.

Customer service is almost non-existent I bought some patches last month and I am still waiting on my order. I wanted to get an update on when they would arrive. They don't answer the phone or call back. I got an e-mail stating and I quote: "I'm guessing it will ship next week sometime." I run a business and this is not an acceptable answer to me. I am hoping the quality of the patches when they arrive will be better than their bad customer service. Either way I am NOT ordering from them again.

Great product for a terrific price and outstanding Customer Service! We needed 200 custom made patches in a short turn time. Nicki was really easy to work with and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Although the patch our girls created was ridiculously detailed, I sent it over thinking they would just offer an alternative of what they could create. Instead, Nicki said they could produce it as it was in all it's overdone-10-year-old-girl-detail. It was amazing! The colors were fantastic and the quality of the end product is stunning. I asked to switch colors twice and they didn't hesitate. A new proof was delivered within the hour each time with no additional charges and no issues at all. It was night and day difference from another company we were attempting to work with that was well known but slow to respond and extremely condescending when we sent in our original art work. We LOVE the Patch Superstore and wholeheartedly recommend them!

This is my 14th order with… This is my 14th order with PatchSuperstore and just now getting around to writing a review. Sorry Guys! Let me break it down into categories. Speed: Artwork is usually back to me same day, Patches and Pins generally 10-15 days until they arrive at my door. Quality: It's my 14th order in 3 years and quality has always been great. We had an issue with 1 order and they fixed it fast. Price: Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and understand quality comes at a cost too. Support: They are based in Florida when I call 95% of the time it's answered in 2 rings. Megan is my sales rep and knows her stuff.
