Color botched and seller did not fix it Ordered 2 different patches from this vendor. Communication was very good with David, and I had a designer do the design in the appropriate format so they would be professional. When the patches came, on one of them the colors were way off. Vendor did not have a universal color chart or thread color to choose from. He pointed to website that has a color chart you can look at on the monitor, which is not an accurate way to do colors either. Asked him to do a sample and get a photo from the factory in China so we could be sure it would not happen again. He said that was a $50 fee!! He never made it right and should have made sure it came out correctly. I ended up going with another patch company, they did a sample at no charge, got it right the first time, and when they came in the mail they were much thicker and better quality than the PatchSuperstore patches. I asked for a credit, multiple emails, zero response. Will never use again.

Great patch supplier!! Great patch supplier!!! After reading some of the negative reviews I was a bit nervous to order with them. Once I spoke to the salesperson everything went smooth. Listen to sales when they have recommendations for your design. Being new to this type of production they really made it easy and with the recommendations as these look better then I would have imagined. Shipping was also very quick with overnight delivery with FedEx the total order took 11 days.

Terrible products, terrible customer service. Terrible products, even worse customer service. After months of them telling me it was user error that their products did not apply correctly, they eventually told me that it was the products themselves and I was stuck with patches that were terrible. Do not purchase from them, there are plenty of other places who will do a MUCH better job and for a cheaper price. Update: They reported my review for vulgar language and deleted my reviews off of their Facebook page. Their response was that they offered me multiple options all of which I refused, however, the only option they offered was for me to purchase more patches from them. EXCELLENT!!!! This is my second experience with PatchSuperstore. The first time I had a patch made and this time a challenge coin. The quality and detail is superb. Megan is an absolute joy to work with. She's responsive, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I will be a repeat customer for years to come. I highly recommend this company.

Best Customer Service!!! I always order Girl Scout event patches from Patch Superstore because they always get it right. No matter how many times I ask for a design or color change, they are happy to help me. Bill is the best!! Today was my deadline to order and I know it was after closing time but he stayed on the phone with me making color changes until we got the patch just right! Thanks a million, Bill!!!
