I even used this business for a blanket I had made for my boyfriend who’s cat passed away and when he got this gift it was so special to him he was speechless. Impossible to contact Very unhappy that I cannot get into contact with anyone! In less than a month they seem to have magically disappear, but happily took our money and didn't send the full order! All we are asking is for our order to be chased up and someone to reply!

I thoroughly enjoy my product but due… I thoroughly enjoy my product but due to the shipping company I had to wait 2 months to get it. The employees at Barkly were very kind and made mee a new product and sent it on Express shipping where I got it within a week.

Phenomenal!!!! Although the shipping took a little while longer than expected, the outcome was amazing! I NEVER thought the products would turn out so awesome! My doggies look phenomenal and I couldn’t be happier to share that the intentions I had for the product I ordered were to give to my mother as a birthday present and she loves it!

Bad customer service. My boyfriends mom ordered a blanket from here, and it came out awful. She emailed asking if she could return it and send a different photograph.. and they emailed her back saying no. Wouldn’t refund it would replace it. So now she’s stuck with this blanket she hates because it looks awful.
