GBDemanding more money but not sent the items paid for Paid for two items and the money came directly out my account. Have only been sent one item and have been asked for more money for the item that’s yet to be shipped. Spoke to multiple representatives on the customer service team - Julie and memory both kept telling me ‘we don’t have your money, contact the bank’ but the bank has said the merchant has taken the payment already. so I’m out of money, no item and apparently it’s my fault LOL. Will never shop here again and if I could give 0 I would

GBNo refund for my return Returned an item over a month ago, Free People confirmed they received my return but I have still not received my refund. After multiple calls, they keep saying they will escalate to head office and I will hear back in 3 days. Head office do not get in touch!!! Really frustrating - quick to take your money then don't give it back. Would avoid ordering from here.

GBI have been a customer of Free people… I have been a customer of Free people for years, one day I bought an Anthropology reformation top and they sent me the wrong one, I put a claim and they sent me the wrong one again, I claimed again and this time they didn't answer me, so I decided to keep the second one. I went to their store and returned the first top. The problem comes that now I tried to place an order with Free People and they cancelled it, I tried three times and all three times they cancelled it. I wrote to customer service and never heard back. At this point I don't care, but I don't understand how companies like this continue to operate, with a lousy customer service.

GBI purchased a sweater from Free People… I purchased a sweater from Free People and received the wrong item. I called them and they sent the correct item. I returned the wrong item to a Free People store with one of the stores managers. Fast forward a few months and they are having a sale so I order a few things and my order is canceled. I then call the the company and am told that I can no longer order from them because I never returned the wrong item. I go to the store where I returned item and explain the situation to the new manager what the problem to see if I could get a copy of the return receipt. She said they only go back so far in their system. Makes no sense to me because something was returned and I do not steal clothes. I have been in touch with customer service several times with no resolution. I di return to the store one more time and spoke with another new manager and was told they have problems with their warehouse staff stealing items. That still does not solve the problem for me because I do not steal clothes nor do I have to and I do not like the idea that I am blocked from purchasing anywhere. Moral to this review is do "DO NOT ORDER FROM FREE PEOPLE OR ANY OF ITS SISTER COMPANIES".

GBAppalling in every way… Absolutely appalling service and WILL NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK DESPITE TELLING ME THEY HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURN - I got an email saying refund in 3-5 days. I’ve emailed and called and no help whatsoever. A really unethical company and I RECOMMEND DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS
