This customer service is atrocious This customer service is atrocious. I ordered my glasses in August of 2020. It’s January 2021 and I have yet to get them. I’ve received countless emails of them telling me they’d be coming and be sent, and yet, nothing has arrived. I’ve emailed them recently requesting my money back and to cancel my order and they’re not responding. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Glasses are too tight Glasses are too tight, which I believe are giving me headaches. Do you guys have an eye doctor on your team verifying the fit before sending them out? Very tight in the nose area too. I compared to ray band in store and their fit is wider.

Worst glasses I've ever had the screws… Worst glasses I've ever had the screws stripped from the frame causing them to widen and fall off constantly. Customer service is the worst I asked them for some replacement screws or a new frame and no response after lots of emails

Awful Awful. Rubbish quality that is reflective of the "cheap" price that they bang on about. The screws on them were haphazardly placed and loose, causing them to break on first try. Lazy designs ripped off from other brands - Persol being the latest that they have copied from. Customer service was an absolute joke, as many of the other reviewers have stated. Don't buy from a fashion youtuber - the trend following parasites. Buy from reputable brands, that's how they have the market share, in good products.

Terrible customer service!! I returned the sunglasses because they didn't fit me, There was nothing wrong with them. Sent an email asking about the return and refund process, they reply to my email 5 days later telling me to ship the glasses first, then they will refund the money. I shipped back the glasses on 01/23, USPS delivered the package on 01/24 its been 3 weeks and no refund, I have sent multiple emails asking for a status, no answers, nobody replies my emails, so now I have no sunglasses, my credit card charged and NO answers from Jade Black.
