GBWhere is my order Where is my order? I ordered sunglasses on 22-06 and haven’t received any shipping information. When queried I was told it will be sent as fedex priority and was given 15% off my next purchase.but still no news on shipping. I have emailed them again but no answer to my email . Never experienced this before with any other companies. Very disappointing!!!!!

CASuck company Ordered 4 sun glasses from them and they shipped me 3 sun glasses I was trying to get help by email them all they answered was what is your order number then they disappeared for a few weeks after they sent me an email refunding my missing sun glasses like what? Without my permission I paid for FedEx scam customer service 50$ I’m not gonna let that money slide.

Like this is my first time buying your product and i can say it won't be happening AGAIN and won't be encouraging anyone i know to shop with your brand. Your customer service is nonexistent, so that is my review and please get someone to get back to me with either a refund or i may have to call my bank to do a rollback transaction. thanks

I highly recommend purchasing from Jade Black. I’m greatly satisfied with the products and even more satisfied with their customer service.

QAWorst Service, worst customer care I placed an order few months ago but the order didn't arrive, so after taking 1 month for them to reply to my email, they said they will send me a replacement which didn't arrive either. I tried to sending a couple of emails to them for past 2 months but no reply. So, I contacted them on insta which took them a day to reply, and they said they'll send another replacement which I said no to because I was tired of waiting and lost interest. So, I requested a refund which they kept on airing me on Instagram. They are airing each and every message from me on Instagram. Worst service, worst customer care, bad at everything. I didn't expect this from Jose
