Glasses are too tight Glasses are too tight, which I believe are giving me headaches. Do you guys have an eye doctor on your team verifying the fit before sending them out? Very tight in the nose area too. I compared to ray band in store and their fit is wider.

Jade Black is trash Bought glasses and they sold out the next day. Glad I got them in time but of course I got a refund as well before it shipped assuming something went wrong with their stock count, I guess it was too good to be true. Jose if you are reading this, I’ve had HORRIBLE customer service and experience with both Jade Black and ESNTLS by the way.

Awful Awful. Rubbish quality that is reflective of the "cheap" price that they bang on about. The screws on them were haphazardly placed and loose, causing them to break on first try. Lazy designs ripped off from other brands - Persol being the latest that they have copied from. Customer service was an absolute joke, as many of the other reviewers have stated. Don't buy from a fashion youtuber - the trend following parasites. Buy from reputable brands, that's how they have the market share, in good products.

Pretty good glasses but I felt they are… Pretty good glasses but I felt they are a bit lightweight and laking the heft I expected, which made them feel a bit cheapy. That would have been okay, except two weeks after I received my order, I also received a demand from Fed Ex of €35 for customs.This is almost the same cost of a pair of glasses - so even though the budget price for the glasses was okay for what I receoved, I've now ended up paying almost twice the price. I feel this was something that would have put me off buying the glasses in the first place, had I known.

Pretty ridiculous Pretty ridiculous. I understand complications due to covid, but it takes them 2 days to respond to emails. It was 10 days and I had not received my order which is fine... only if when I emailed they responded. At that point, I asked if I could cancel my order. Then they ask" would you like 30% off" then when I say no I want my money back, they start to ship. Waste of money. They still haven't come. 100 Canadian dollars down the drain
