GBSlow delivery becomes no delivery & no refund Annual subscriber since 2020. I renewed for the third time in February 2022; made my spring box selections & just discovered this weekend that my delayed-longer-than-usual box will now never be arriving as the company has been bought out of bankruptcy by new owners who won't be honoring existing subscriptions. That's $220 for a big fat nothing as I found out way too late to claim back on my credit card. If zero stars were available I'd give that rating.

GBExcellent products and service You folks have always been very helpful if I was sent the wrong thing or something damaged. I know it seems to have been a scramble to get everything working again after the company was in limbo for a few months but I’m definitely glad you’re back. Love to see the new items in the boxes, especially the surprise option.

GBAvoid them if you value your $$ Paid for an annual subscription and only received 2 boxes. Logged in to find out they canceled my membership. Not too long after they sent me a renewal. I laughed so hard. They are still operating, selling products that they didn't pay their vendors for from past boxes. These scammers aren't gonna seen one more penny from me!

GBTook my money and ran I had a subscription and they Took my money and ran...and don't send me your canned response about your bankruptcy. It's not my fault you don't know how to run your business and want to take my money to pay off your debts. Now I'm getting emails again to shop again! I'd rather flush my money in the toilet

GBI've been a member for a couple of… I've been a member for a couple of years and have enjoyed the benefits of membership and the interesting products offered by Causebox/Alltrue. My hope is that Alltrue has recovered from their difficulties and can continue to offer good products from reputable sources. Since one of the best things about Alltrue is being able to help new and/or struggling entrepreneurs, I'm hoping this will continue. Thanks
