GBI am a big-time subscription gift… I am a big-time subscription gift shopper, and now Alltrue is at the top of my list. Not only do we love Alltrue's mission statement, but we love the products even more. And the customer service is stellar. How refreshing it is to deal with an actual person when an issue or question arises. I can't recommend Alltrue enough!

GBThis business has gone out of business… This business has gone out of business so there is no longer any customer service. They all were laid off. They charged people for their annual membership right before they closed down which is disgusting. Luckily my credit card company refunded the charge for the annual membership. Everyone else who was charged should contact their credit card companies ASAP.

GBPart 2: The new owners stole from previous customers! They will steal from you too! DO NOT TRUST THEM! Part 2. Since I can't comment back on my original review after the company responded, I will leave another review. After my first review the company basically gave me the same "copy and paste" response they give everyone. They stole money from us and then they tell us to pursue a chargeback though our banks. But they are fully aware that we only have roughly 60 days to do that and that the deadline is well past. Then they tell us we can also "pursue a claim as a creditor in the ABC". I have done this, but never got a response. My next step is to report them to the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Protection Division of my State Attorney General, and anywhere else I can report fraud.

GBI paid for a yearly subscription for I paid for a yearly subscription for these boxes and was enjoying the products. Then I got an email that they sold the business and my subscription is no longer valid, but asked if I’d like to sign up for ANOTHER YEAR!?!? Hahaha man this is horrible customer service and I do not trust them in anyway

GBSlow delivery becomes no delivery & no refund Annual subscriber since 2020. I renewed for the third time in February 2022; made my spring box selections & just discovered this weekend that my delayed-longer-than-usual box will now never be arriving as the company has been bought out of bankruptcy by new owners who won't be honoring existing subscriptions. That's $220 for a big fat nothing as I found out way too late to claim back on my credit card. If zero stars were available I'd give that rating.
