GBBeware! Beware!! The WORST company I ever had to deal with! My package was delivered to another address. I Contacted FedEx. They told me to contact the company. So I did. The company wanted to charge me to track my package! It was a nightmare! Neither FedEx nor this company would help me. I will never purchase from this horrible customer service company again. So beware. If you don’t get your package, they don’t care. They will keep your money and charge you more to try to find it.

GBREFUND ON AN ITEM THAT DIDN'T WORK I didn't have my order # to give because I had placed so many orders for Christmas and couldn't tell which one was for the item I was needing to return. She was very quick to respond with just needing a little more information. When I first started the whole thing with having to return this, I was worried about even being able to return and get my money back so this was a big help.

GBI purchased a defective item and I was… I purchased a defective item and I was not sure I would get help . But I did!! CJ emailed me a shipping label and return code and I should be receiving a refund! Easy and wow.. great customer service! Thank you!!

GBThese people are rip off criminals do… These people are rip off criminals do not do business here ever. Go ahead but good luck getting in touch with them after they rip you off. If you have to rip people off maybe you should consider a different line of work.
