I purchased a refurbished Shark… I purchased a refurbished Shark Navigator vacuum cleaner only to find out when it arrived it was a vacuum used for upholstery, bare floors and carpet. I didn’t need this type of vacuum so I asked for a refund. No problem except I have to pay for shipping. Shipping is more than 1/2 the cost of the vacuum!! Not fair at all!! Very unhappy!! Caitlin (Mercatalyst) resolved my issue I had ordered 99 Kind Bars thru morningsave.com & when I received them, the package was damaged in transit & 29 of the bars were lost. I contacted the seller & sent them some pictures of the damaged product. Although they could not replace the missing product, they did give me a credit on my account. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Rapid Response and Respected Ashely W. With Morning Save went above and beyond to refund my account for a product that was mislabeled or wrongly packaged. The MOST professional representation I have seen over email for the mere fact Ashely responded fast and with tact. Treated me as a person not a number. WOW! I will continue to use Morning Save website because of this experience. Thank you Ashley

Beware! Beware!! The WORST company I ever had to deal with! My package was delivered to another address. I Contacted FedEx. They told me to contact the company. So I did. The company wanted to charge me to track my package! It was a nightmare! Neither FedEx nor this company would help me. I will never purchase from this horrible customer service company again. So beware. If you don’t get your package, they don’t care. They will keep your money and charge you more to try to find it.
