Happy with Vanity Mirror :) I originally ordered the Sharper Image SpaStudio 10” LED Vanity Mirror with Built-In Storage Trays for myself and my sister (Christmas gifts). I was very impressed with the quality, size of the mirror, convenient storage trays and awesome lighting. I was very happy with this purchase that I decided to order two more for my twin granddaughters. Truly an excellent purchase and to give as gifts as well! Also, Caitlan was very professional and was able to promptly assist me with my question. :)

Beware! Beware!! The WORST company I ever had to deal with! My package was delivered to another address. I Contacted FedEx. They told me to contact the company. So I did. The company wanted to charge me to track my package! It was a nightmare! Neither FedEx nor this company would help me. I will never purchase from this horrible customer service company again. So beware. If you don’t get your package, they don’t care. They will keep your money and charge you more to try to find it.

Quick Response! Caitlin responded quickly to my email and fixed the issue I was having. Although I will not purchase from this particular vendor again, I will place orders with others through Morning Save. Thanks again Caitlin.

Great Customer Service… I ordered a product that was promptly delivered, however one of the items was a different color then I had ordered. I contacted their customer service that evening (Friday) and by morning (Saturday) I had a reply. Ashley was quick to resolve the issue. Polite, professional, and efficient. Good customer service is like a purring cat: attentive, calming, and leaving you feeling content.

Return of product I wrote them I wanted to return an item I ordered because I was dissatisfied with it. Angela replied to my email almost immediately and credited my account with the amount of the purchase. I did not even have to return the item. Amazing service.
