I was sceptical this would happen - but it did! I was impressed and then to receive a personal email asking if everything was OK was even more impressive. Broken Item Delivered and Terrible After Service Purchased a google nest bell (2 Gen). Never worked. They offered a replacement but I had to return at my own cost and then pay the cost of the delivery of the replacement. That would have been over $150, so I’m stuck with a new broken bell!! Gangsters! Stay away.
