He not only had all the answers at his fingertips but his delivery, manner, honesty and prompt responses were fantastic. HVAC Direct is a great idea and you hit the nail on the head when you point out how local retailers can play games. That had been my prior experience. As a senior citizen on very limited income, I appreciate straight talk, itemized references, no brand loyalty and Chris. Your website was right on time.

After considerable research I found the same equipment is made for Carrier, Bryant and Heil and many others. Equipment arrived in one day from ordering. Order received in great shape-Heat Pump Split SystemNice unit! Order received in great shape. No apparent damage, but have not installed yet. Installation instructions are not very clear on some points. Unit is of high quality construction. Comparable to packages costing thousands more. Those folks in China are working real hard to up their game.
