Very Pleased Shopping online was easy and convenient. The price was thousands less than my local HVAC companies estimate. My unit arrived in a timely manner. Shipping was free, but not quite free because I had to drive to town to pick up my unit from the truck. I had only a half hours notice to be there. Other than the shipping and picking up and the short notice I have no complaints and would do it again.

Please stay away from this company Please stay away from this company. I recently made my second purchase from here and am completely disappointed. The wrong furnace and ac unit was shipped compared to what I paid for. Talked to Alisha and was told they decided to swap products from what I actually paid for. Which is illegal. This place should be shut down immediately, stay away this place sucks!

Fantastic experience / Ordered my new… Fantastic experience / Ordered my new heat pump unit on Monday , was texted Tuesday that it would be delivered Wednesday ( amazing) . My licensed HVAC technician installed on Friday. My new unit is so quiet can't tell it is on without going outside and seeing the fans blowing.
