A great experience from sales to…customer service A great experience from sales to customer service. Cal was knowledgeable and very patient. I was apprehensive with ordering Chinese equipment, ACIQ. After considerable research I found the same equipment is made for Carrier, Bryant and Heil and many others. Equipment arrived in one day from ordering. Had a problem with the freight Co. but Renee in customer service was very helpful and rectified the issue. Would use HVAC direct again in a heart beat. Thanks Cal and Renee.

Please stay away from this company Please stay away from this company. I recently made my second purchase from here and am completely disappointed. The wrong furnace and ac unit was shipped compared to what I paid for. Talked to Alisha and was told they decided to swap products from what I actually paid for. Which is illegal. This place should be shut down immediately, stay away this place sucks!
