A great experience from sales to…customer service A great experience from sales to customer service. Cal was knowledgeable and very patient. I was apprehensive with ordering Chinese equipment, ACIQ. After considerable research I found the same equipment is made for Carrier, Bryant and Heil and many others. Equipment arrived in one day from ordering. Had a problem with the freight Co. but Renee in customer service was very helpful and rectified the issue. Would use HVAC direct again in a heart beat. Thanks Cal and Renee.

Order received in great shape-Heat Pump Split SystemNice unit! Order received in great shape. No apparent damage, but have not installed yet. Installation instructions are not very clear on some points. Unit is of high quality construction. Comparable to packages costing thousands more. Those folks in China are working real hard to up their game.

Fantastic experience / Ordered my new… Fantastic experience / Ordered my new heat pump unit on Monday , was texted Tuesday that it would be delivered Wednesday ( amazing) . My licensed HVAC technician installed on Friday. My new unit is so quiet can't tell it is on without going outside and seeing the fans blowing.
