After considerable research I found the same equipment is made for Carrier, Bryant and Heil and many others. Equipment arrived in one day from ordering. Had a problem with the freight Co. but Renee in customer service was very helpful and rectified the issue. Would use HVAC direct again in a heart beat. Thanks Cal and Renee.

Order received in great shape-Heat Pump Split SystemNice unit! Order received in great shape. No apparent damage, but have not installed yet. Installation instructions are not very clear on some points. Unit is of high quality construction. Comparable to packages costing thousands more. Those folks in China are working real hard to up their game.
