CANever shipped the item – had to open a dispute The store never shipped the item. Waited almost 2 months (status still said "will ship soon"), and then they did not respond to enquiries. Had to open a dispute via PayPal, and the seller did not respond to them either, so it was resolved in my favour. Big ol' waste o' time.

GBVery disappointed Very disappointed! They promised a credit for not returning items and then provide a code that doesn’t work, wrote several email with not reply.

GBI fell in love with the dress i got… I fell in love with the dress i got online before i even received it in person. Once I received the dress though, I fell in love all over again as it was even better in person, which I didn't think could be possible. The quality and fit are incredible. My only complaint is that had to reach out to them to get order/shipping confirmation and shipping was really slow. But I love the dress so much it was all worth it and I will order from them again.

CHAs I didn’t receive an email confirming… As I didn’t receive an email confirming my order, I wrote to the customer service, they answered my request correctly. Then I received my order two weeks later, the dress is so cute, exactly like the photos. I am satisfied of Wihol services. They’re serious in spite of missing the detail information about the shipping.
