Never shipped the item – had to open a dispute The store never shipped the item. Waited almost 2 months (status still said "will ship soon"), and then they did not respond to enquiries. Had to open a dispute via PayPal, and the seller did not respond to them either, so it was resolved in my favour. Big ol' waste o' time.

Then I received my order two weeks later, the dress is so cute, exactly like the photos. I am satisfied of Wihol services. They’re serious in spite of missing the detail information about the shipping.

Do not buy here Do not buy here. I purchased an item in a Large and Wiholl delivered a small. They are now refusing to provide a full refund. They are offering a 15% refund and ask me to keep the item I cannot wear. The other 3 items were too small, I asked for a refund within the appropriate time frame and they also refuse to provide a refund, offering a 25% refund and asking me to keep items I cannot wear. This is crazy. Don’t spend your money here.
