Do not buy here Do not buy here. I purchased an item in a Large and Wiholl delivered a small. They are now refusing to provide a full refund. They are offering a 15% refund and ask me to keep the item I cannot wear. The other 3 items were too small, I asked for a refund within the appropriate time frame and they also refuse to provide a refund, offering a 25% refund and asking me to keep items I cannot wear. This is crazy. Don’t spend your money here.

Great experience! I saw this site on Instagram and was a… I saw this site on Instagram and was a bit hesitant since it’s a new company but honestly the three dresses I ordered came looking identical to the picture, plus the packaging was cute. I’m already browsing the site for more items. The shipping wasn’t bad either, I actually expected it to take longer than it did. I have a Mexico vacation coming up, I can’t wait to style and wear my dresses. Oh and the sizing. I’m 69 inches 178 lbs US 10. I ordered a size large in my dresses, they fit perfectly with a lil wiggle room.

Just donate your money to charity instead All 4 items I received were very different than the pictures and descriptions online. Printed patterns were sewn unevenly, 30 undresses was on balanced, two of the dresses were more than 10% shorter than described. Threads were popping everywhere. Completely unwearable What's worse is how wiholl handled it. They would not follow through on any part of their return policy because their "only warehouse is in China" and theyre "a brand new business" and theyre "following their dreams." Waste of $170. They need to follow their return policy or rewrite it. They take down reviews that aren't 4-5 star. This review came with an incentive to receive $30 if 5 stars. SCAM. Scam.

Absolutely NOT I ordered a dress for a wedding last November. The picture online was gorgeous and I was very excited to try it on. The shipping time wasn't terribly long but once it arrived, wow, it was the cheapest piece of clothing I have ever seen. Then I tried it on and there where openings in places there should not be openings. So I reached out to the company and they offered me a full store credit with a discount code. I replied and accepted along with praises on great customer service. Dec 2023 I placed my replacement order which was a jumpsuit for myself that I can knock around in all day while I paint (I'm an artist), given the quality of the previous order I figured it was probably my best bet to just order something I don't mind getting paint on. I have been waiting three months for it's arrival. I have reached out to them no less than 6 times with absolutely no response back. I will NEVER order from this store again and I came here to write this review in order to warn anyone else who is thinking of embarking on this same journey with this scum company. Absolutely not, don't do it.

This website seems to be a scam This website seems to be a scam. You place an order and it receive no confirmation or updates on shipment. I wrote to the customer service email and received no response. The phone number listed on their website goes straight to voicemail.
