Horrible Service; Charged for product but nothing shipped It's been exactly one month since I made my purchase, and nothing has been shipped out yet. It shouldn't take more than a month to process an order for shipment, unless the item was incorrectly listed as "in-stock" but has actually been out of stock and backordered the entire time. Not happy at all, starting to think this is a scam company. I'll update if or when they either respond to my emails or actually ship what I ordered. **update** Eventually received a full refund

Waste of time Technical support is very slow to respond. In my case, my order was never processed and I had to cancel my Paypal payment. No messages, WhatsApps or emails were answered. Unfortunately, vendor also never responded. Neither to tell that he was unable to provide the items.

cancelled order....why? ordered a pair of rollers, was charged by credit card, told the order was being processed, then 2 days later order was refunded - no explanation -very poor slow customer service getting back to me. need a answer as to why order was cancelled.

VENDOR SENT MY ORDER TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS The item I ordered was shipped to the incorrect address, even though I provided the correct shipping address. I tried to contact the vendor multiple times about their error, but I never heard back from them. I have no way of knowing when or how, (or if), I will ever receive my parcel, and I still haven’t been acknowledged by the vendor/shipper. I went on a wild goose chase with UPS, just for them to do nothing to help me. Now I’m stuck waiting for UPS to return my package to the vendor so they can correct the shipping label and send it out to my correct address, which I provided.

I received a Charles Wysocki calendar… I received a Charles Wysocki calendar weeks after ordering it. It had a smudge on the top of every page and some small drops of some of the coloring on the side of every page. I sent two emails asking about returning it and never got a response. Also was charged a handling fee for the purchase which no one does now. It was too much trouble and expense to return. Will not buy from them again.
