I have tried to reach out through email and my emails have been blocked. I have tried calling and no one answers and mailbox is full. DO NOT OREDER FROM THIS WEBSITE it is fake and you will lose your money

GBThe dress was even more beautiful than… The dress was even more beautiful than I expected in person and great quality. I'm a shortie (5'4") so it was a little long even with heels, but otherwise fit beautifully, and the waist tie band allowed it to be flattering and comfortable! so many ladies at the wedding wanted the scoop on where it was from!

GBIf I could choose a negative start I… If I could choose a negative star I would. This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever experience. I’ve sent multiple emails and attempted to contact via chat option for a return process. I have not received ONE response aside from their automated messages which is extremely unhelpful. I spent almost $300 and the ONLY offer store credit which is not appropriate as their clothing is so expensive and the event I needed the outfit for has passed. I have no use for any other outfits the offer. The order was not shipped on time, I had to download an app to track the order. I can’t find a customer service phone number to dispute this. I can’t get a response from the store. They don’t even provide clear a clear return process, where to ship the items to. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GBHORRIBLE I placed an order for my birthday and the 2 outfits came in a reasonable amount of time but neither quite fit me right. I understand their return policy is store credit only which is fine but there is no return address or label that comes with the package. You need to pay for the shipping and put the label on yourself. Also fine… IF I was able to get ahold of anyone to know what the address is to ship it back to. I have sent multiple emails to their customer service, called with no answer and a “full mailbox” and tried the chat that says “we are experiencing high volume, we’ll get back to you” and never do. This is extremely frustrating especially because I spent over $200 on clothes I will never wear. I should have done my research on this company before buying. TERRIBLE customer service, DON’T order from here
