GBDon't buy them!!! We bought a pair of Dango Buds from this website: buydangobuds.com in March, 2021 along with the extended warranty. They worked fine for about 6 months and then wouldn't charge anymore or connect via Bluetooth. We started contacting them last December with information about the extended warranty. This must be an overseas website because all we've heard is "we are busy and understaffed...please be patient". We've now gotten 5 of these e-mails, the last one stating, "we haven't heard back from you so the case is closed", even though we answered every one of their emails saying it still hasn't been resolved. This website seems to no longer even exist and unfortunately, we're pretty sure we've been duped. We're out the money for the ear buds along with the extended warranty.

GBFRAUD! I paid for the shipping and they said they were free after that. Then they billed me just like the review below. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company but I am also looking to press charges. This is FRAUD plain and simple. When my credit card company sent me paperwork, my earbuds actually came from qualityperformance in Clifton NJ. When you google that, it says your information is subject to not being private and not to click on it. Who is the CEO of this fraudulent company?

NLLate and unspecified delivery message after sale. Dangobuds is an only online company who sells wireless earbuds similar to iPods at a much lower price. They do a lot of advertisement and positive reviews which seem to be prejudiced in favor being formulated all similar. Uninformed about that I ordered their product and don’t know yet the quality. Love to review later. The problem is the ordering process. The ordering is interrupted with many interim offers of buying more than one, guaranty extensions and insurance all with difficult to find links in small print that you are not interested. That’s cumbersome but acceptable if they can keep their price low by that. The biggest trouble is that after one makes the buy there is a bad surprise. They tell you in a banner on the sale confirmation that the delivery might take op more than 14 days or more. A inquiry about the delivery at the support desk says that the order is processed, no date of delivery.

GBDangoSCAM! I too was scammed by this company. Do not believe the sweet replies they are giving. About 3 weeks ago I was browsing email, Costco to be specific, and ad popped up that I had won, it appeared from Costco, just click here for free prize, so on. I never approved any transaction. Tried to close email, literally had to restart phone to get out. Today charge for $79.99 from what looks like from Dangobuds, not sure what this company's real name is, except FRAUD, Inc. My bank would not stop transaction, telling me technically I approved it. So I will use my own fraud protection by closing that bank account.
