FRAUD! I paid for the shipping and they said they were free after that. Then they billed me just like the review below. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company but I am also looking to press charges. This is FRAUD plain and simple. When my credit card company sent me paperwork, my earbuds actually came from qualityperformance in Clifton NJ. When you google that, it says your information is subject to not being private and not to click on it. Who is the CEO of this fraudulent company?

Dud Dangos Recently i bought two pairs of dango buds and upon receiving them found that the buttons to operate phone, music etc would not work on both pairs. have tried many times to get in touch with company as per their contact info and emails just keep getting returned. Looks like i have been dudded again

Great quality and affordable price I got a pair for myself and my mom. I received them a little more than a week which was great. The sound quality is amazing, I personally wanted this for the ANC feature as I work from home and my mom has wanted wireless ear buds for a long time, so it was a nice affordable gift. I also got the case for us, so it's great to clip right on your keychain. Super happy with my purchase!

Don't buy them!!! We bought a pair of Dango Buds from this website: buydangobuds.com in March, 2021 along with the extended warranty. They worked fine for about 6 months and then wouldn't charge anymore or connect via Bluetooth. We started contacting them last December with information about the extended warranty. This must be an overseas website because all we've heard is "we are busy and understaffed...please be patient". We've now gotten 5 of these e-mails, the last one stating, "we haven't heard back from you so the case is closed", even though we answered every one of their emails saying it still hasn't been resolved. This website seems to no longer even exist and unfortunately, we're pretty sure we've been duped. We're out the money for the ear buds along with the extended warranty.

Bank got my money back. Goods never arrived as they don’t exist Well, this is my last posting on this company. My bank retrieved my payment so I’m not out of pocket. Dangobuds acknowledged the refund and asked me to return the goods ‘when they arrive’. That’s their way of trying to look legitimate, the buds will never arrive because they were not sent. The whole thing is a scam. You have been warned.
