bought 2 pairs in december bought 2 pairs in december, now on both sets the let side doesn't work.. i tried multiple ways to get them to work again , but nothing helps.. I emailed and never received a response...

Just another scammer looking to rip people off! Report these people to your States Attorney Generals office or the US Attorney General. These scammers need to be dealt with! Funny how they don’t even post an address and make things as difficult as possible to simply return their junk. Edited after their reply - I bet wherever your trial statement is, it’s in small font too isn’t it? If this wasn’t such a scam you wouldn’t hide your return address and avoid attempts to get it. Much less offer a 30% discount to avoid it being used either! These scams are completely dishonest no matter how hard you try to disguise it.

Great quality and affordable price I got a pair for myself and my mom. I received them a little more than a week which was great. The sound quality is amazing, I personally wanted this for the ANC feature as I work from home and my mom has wanted wireless ear buds for a long time, so it was a nice affordable gift. I also got the case for us, so it's great to clip right on your keychain. Super happy with my purchase!

An absolute scam An absolute scam Purchased twice, the second time with a lifetime warranty. Two responses from their "customer service" team after numerous efforts to get the issues resolved. DangoBuds: "Just to inform you that we already stopped production for this model and our warranty only coverage manufacturing defect." Me: "It is a manufacturer defect. So I paid for the product and warranty and you're telling me I don't receive a replacement?" DangoBuds: "The warranty does not cover defects from prolonged usage. The product was delivered on August 13, 2021 this order is too old for a refund or a replacement." Apparently their lifetime warranty is the lifespan of a gnat.

Ordered on the 6th of July Ordered on the 6th of July, called a few weeks later and they were just getting processed Arrived on the 21 st and account was automatically billed 79.99. No 15 day trial but charged anyway. Sent back unopened with assurances my account will be reimbursed in 5-7 business days. We'll see.
