Rubbish product useless company Ordered two room heaters which are not fit for purpose, you need to sit right up to the heater to feel any warmth. Trying to contact the company to return them is almost impossible. Do not be tempted to buy these heaters they are useless

Total waste of money!! Total waste of money!!! I should have spotted it by the dodgy website. I received my heaters that would barely heat up a shoe box let alone an entire room. I didn't want to write a review here but it seems to be the only way to get anyone from this company's attention after attempting to get a return via their 'contact form' with no response. Please take my advice and avoid buying one these useless cheap piles of plastic. 2x Receipt numbers as below 1192-0471 and 1704-4892 Please let me know how i can return. As of today 22/03/24 (nearly a month after trying to get in contact with this company for a return) the issue is still not resolved. They asked to get in contact below (which I have been trying to do for ages thus the review here) however there is absolutely no functional means to get in touch with anyone at this company, nor did they provide any details as to how below. I have put the receipt numbers in this review hoping they will read and get in touch with me, so far nothing. This has scam written all over it.

REFUND RESULT WELL DONE PAYPAL.This is my second review. This is my second review. Having contacted Blaux numerous times by email and phone (do not phone it costs you its not free) regarding a heater that arrived damaged, I then gave up and contacted my Bank and Paypal, they both opened a case against Blaux and within a day I had an email from Blaux saying that they would send a replacement. I responded by refusing their offer and said I wanted a full refund. Day later message from Paypal advising me that I had been refunded £68.98. Good job Paypal, Blaux get your act together and give your customers the respect and service they deserve, INSTEAD OF IGNORING THEM!! Dissatisfied customers try contacting your payment service provider to fight your case if Blaux ignore you.

Failure to deliver and the chat system… Failure to deliver and the chat system just ignores you. Don't do business with this company, it's a sham and they just put you off endlessly when trying to resolve issues 3-31-24 9:49 am, The reply from Blaux said they contacted me via e-mail. That's untrue, I even checked my spam file, NO REPLY AT ALL!! Blaux contacted me via their chat and told me they had refunded my purchase price. This is true, they have, and I appreciate that they finally responded, so I'm updating this review to reflect that because they couldn't deliver the product they refunded the money. So I thank them for that and I've changed my rating to a middle rating.

Further to my earlier review saying… Further to my earlier review saying this company is a scam, you can actually follow the paper trail back to a Company called Global Performance Commerce whose UK vase is In Haywood. If you follow the US reviews for this company, all they do is repackage cheap Chinese products and market them through an anonymous review website. US customers have also all labelled the company a scam. Some of the reviews have even been written by ex employees. The Fraud Squad need to investigate this operation in the UK. They gave offered me a discount of 30% on the heaters but it never turned up.
