Ordered tickets for the Arsenal v… Ordered tickets for the Arsenal v Liverpool match, for my sons fourteenth birthday. Was kept informed by Hot football tickets, by email, leading up to the match. Received the tickets by courier to my house, the day before the game. We had great seats, with a great view. First time visit to the Emerrates stadium. Fantastic stadium. We traveled down from Liverpool without any hitches, and the journey home too. Was very pleased with Hot football tickets. Will be using them again for future away games. 10/10. William McCarthy....

Game: FA CUP Chelsea vs Nottingham I paid 506 euros for 4 tickets just to find out the tickets were 30 pounds each and not on the side I requested. When I requested a discount refund they not interested and refer to T&C but neglect there own term "Best price Guarentee" only nice to you before you pay. What a disgrace for an organisation to exist and RIP you off.

Received an e-mail stating a delay.........no news so phoned up. Greeted by some half wit who explained they were "cancelling" the tickets at that point but couldn't understand that I was annoyed I'd had to phone to find out! Despite not using any foul or abusive language the operative hung up on me! Wish I'd have told her to f@@@ off!

Bought tickets for arsenal match that was played behind closed doors in lockdown. They have taken 4 months to respond and finally told me I had no chance of getting a refund so needed to speak to my bank. I mean, are you actually having a laugh?? You took my money. Where is it? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! You will be able to get match tickets through much better avenues and agencies.

Be aware. Terrible customer service Be aware. Online chat on website is terrible, useless. Phone numer provided by website, good luck, no answer for days, u can't leave emergency message on as voicemail is full. No response to emails. Spend over £450 for champions league tickets and one day b4 game still haven't got tickets. Never again
