AVOID - shady company AVOID hotfootballtickets. We purchased champions league tickets for Atletico. Communication was poor; almost non-existent. It came to 5 hours before kick off, still no tickets. I had to call their customers service, only to be told the tickets wouldn't be delivered. Although we enjoyed our trip to the city of Madrid, we were massively let down by hotfootballtickets. It's not worth the risk.

God knows how much money they have… God knows how much money they have stolen to people through all their years of trading. Specially during the lockdown, they surely have sold thousands of tickets, all matches couldn’t take place because of lockdown and they refunded none. I will raise a case against them, whoever has been mislead by these bunch of thieves can contact me, we will have our money back, and we will stop the illegal activity of this company.

Ripping us off is their whole business model As others have pointed out, their business model is simple: They use our money to buy tickets on resale sites themselves and then sell them to the highest bidder at the last minute and cancel all existing orders. Then they take weeks to refund. All the time they're using our money to fund their business. There are other resale sellers out there with tickets who'll dispatch immediately - use one of them. Don't give these guys the satisfaction.
