1 star because 0 wasn’t an option Does anyone know the collection point in Madrid for tickets??? They’ve just cancelled our tickets for the Champions League Final the day before the match while we’re already in Madrid having spent so much to get here. Anyone with any info on how to get in contact with someone from the company please help!!

AVOID - shady company AVOID hotfootballtickets. We purchased champions league tickets for Atletico. Communication was poor; almost non-existent. It came to 5 hours before kick off, still no tickets. I had to call their customers service, only to be told the tickets wouldn't be delivered. Although we enjoyed our trip to the city of Madrid, we were massively let down by hotfootballtickets. It's not worth the risk.

Just awful Just awful. Paid a lot (my fault). Communication awful from person who was meant to deliver. Messed us around saying he’d meet us one place then texted another. and gave us unbelievably bad view tickets after paying top price. Absolutely never again with hotfootball tickets. Not worth it what’s so ever. You are totally in the hands of the seller and the fortune they make. Huge regret.

Give these guys a wide berth. I purchased what I knew to be overpriced tickets for the final game of the PL season several weeks ago. This afternoon, 48 hours before the game, I got an email saying that the game was now sold out and therefore my order was being cancelled. What a con! A 25% additional credit against future purchases is as much use as a chocolate teapot - why would I want to use them again. A few weeks ago it wasn't certain whether certain games would be title deciders. Now the chance of obtaining a ticket is probably zero. Don't use these people

They gaurentee you the lowest…Lie Lies They gaurentee you the lowest price....All Lies do yourself the favour and buy dire t from the club sites. Game: FA CUP Chelsea vs Nottingham I paid 506 euros for 4 tickets just to find out the tickets were 30 pounds each and not on the side I requested. When I requested a discount refund they not interested and refer to T&C but neglect there own term "Best price Guarentee" only nice to you before you pay. What a disgrace for an organisation to exist and RIP you off.
