Couldn't echo the sentiments of other… Couldn't echo the sentiments of other users more! I so wish I'd have checked this company out first before ordering! Received an e-mail stating a delay.........no news so phoned up. Greeted by some half wit who explained they were "cancelling" the tickets at that point but couldn't understand that I was annoyed I'd had to phone to find out! Despite not using any foul or abusive language the operative hung up on me! Wish I'd have told her to f@@@ off!

Ripping us off is their whole business model As others have pointed out, their business model is simple: They use our money to buy tickets on resale sites themselves and then sell them to the highest bidder at the last minute and cancel all existing orders. Then they take weeks to refund. All the time they're using our money to fund their business. There are other resale sellers out there with tickets who'll dispatch immediately - use one of them. Don't give these guys the satisfaction.

Bought tickets for arsenal match that was played behind closed doors in lockdown. They have taken 4 months to respond and finally told me I had no chance of getting a refund so needed to speak to my bank. I mean, are you actually having a laugh?? You took my money. Where is it? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! You will be able to get match tickets through much better avenues and agencies.

VERY DISAPPOINTED VERY DISAPPOINTED - NEVER AGAIN!! (ORDER ID 479711) booked tickets for game Juventus - Inter M. Dec 7th. We booked flights and hotel for this event! Tickets were to be delivered to the hotel - at 12:00 on the Match-Day the order was cancelled . We were informed that we would get the refund at least for the tickets. No reaction on mails!! The call-center sends reminders to accounting department - no reaction until now /Feb 14th)!!!

No Tickets received Booked tickets for Man U vs Arsenal match, all PAYMENTS MADE, flew into Manchester...BUT..., No delivery of match ticket to my hotel of stay, been checkin vit d hotle reception since the otherday on delivery but d reply has always been a big NO, though i was told that d tickets will be delivered d day before d match by 22hrs., No tel # to contact these guys, no email reponds although 2 to 3 mails have been send.. No email reply,,no customer service..no follow up possible..also no tracking and delivery details possible
