Give these guys a wide berth. I purchased what I knew to be overpriced tickets for the final game of the PL season several weeks ago. This afternoon, 48 hours before the game, I got an email saying that the game was now sold out and therefore my order was being cancelled. What a con! A 25% additional credit against future purchases is as much use as a chocolate teapot - why would I want to use them again. A few weeks ago it wasn't certain whether certain games would be title deciders. Now the chance of obtaining a ticket is probably zero. Don't use these people

Ordered tickets for the Arsenal v… Ordered tickets for the Arsenal v Liverpool match, for my sons fourteenth birthday. Was kept informed by Hot football tickets, by email, leading up to the match. Received the tickets by courier to my house, the day before the game. We had great seats, with a great view. First time visit to the Emerrates stadium. Fantastic stadium. We traveled down from Liverpool without any hitches, and the journey home too. Was very pleased with Hot football tickets. Will be using them again for future away games. 10/10. William McCarthy....

Just back from Liverpool v Roma… Just back from Liverpool v Roma champions league semifinal. Best nite of my life. Had reserves about booking with Hot football tickets. Turned out they are first class. Regular communication by email and text to keep us up to date expected delivery of tickets. Tickets delivered to hotel night before game as promised. Great seats. VERY DISAPPOINTED VERY DISAPPOINTED - NEVER AGAIN!! (ORDER ID 479711) booked tickets for game Juventus - Inter M. Dec 7th. We booked flights and hotel for this event! Tickets were to be delivered to the hotel - at 12:00 on the Match-Day the order was cancelled . We were informed that we would get the refund at least for the tickets. No reaction on mails!! The call-center sends reminders to accounting department - no reaction until now /Feb 14th)!!!

No Tickets received Booked tickets for Man U vs Arsenal match, all PAYMENTS MADE, flew into Manchester...BUT..., No delivery of match ticket to my hotel of stay, been checkin vit d hotle reception since the otherday on delivery but d reply has always been a big NO, though i was told that d tickets will be delivered d day before d match by 22hrs., No tel # to contact these guys, no email reponds although 2 to 3 mails have been send.. No email reply,,no customer service..no follow up possible..also no tracking and delivery details possible
