GBHope they don't mess your order up - because they wont help you. Ordered a product that needed to be returned. Requested store credit to use purchasing another product. After 1 month, multiple customer service attempts, and a delivered return product, I'll be disputing this charge and ensuring people are aware what bad Customer Service they have.

GBSCAM SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! Ordered and was sent tracking to be delivered NOV.30 it arrive (BS) in Smyrna, TN on Nov18 and here it is Dec.1 and still in Smyrna, TN!! Have NO IDEA who the carrier is and customer service just says to wait 2-3 more days....for 8 days they've been telling me this. Thankfully I used PayPal and git my money back.

GBreceived a wrong size boston redsoxs… received a wrong size boston redsoxs hat ,tried to return it ,but fanatics is charging me shipping and taxes,. from 27.35 i'm receiving 10.35 ,can you beat that ripoff. Having to pay taxes twice and shipping. That to all buyers are foreign business practices,but they've lost mine!!!!!!!!

GBSCAM!!!!… Ordered a present for my husband and paid for expedited shipping. Their tracking is through a app called shop. My item can not be tracked. I asked for a refund. First email they offered a 5% hahaaaaa! Now they are not responding! 83$ thrown away! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM SCAM!

GBThis company is dog **** This company is dog ****. I bought a hoodie on line and when I tried to return it because it was too small, I was told it wasn't eligible for return because it was "custom, game worn, or final", which means their "Return's 365" policy is bull**** too because it's not custom and came to us just like it was on line, it certainly wasn't worn (and wont be) because it doesn't fit. I guess it's just not eligible for return because it falls under the "final" category. Nice company. It'll be my last bought with them.
