GBReally Really. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Placed a Christmas order for two items. One was returned and that went great....maybe not the worst.....however, the 2nd item is still missing 2/4/21 and you cannot communicate with this company. I worked for over an hour trying to put in the requested info....really?!!! A phone number or a call from a customer service rep would be nice. So, Fanatics just ate my money....and there is nothing I can do about it. It was a Christmas present, so I went to Amazon Prime and ordered another shirt. Not happy about losing the $$$$

GBCheap products I will tell you that fanatics has excellent designs and often really great deals... unfortunately that’s where it ends in pluses for the products. Most printed shirts are cheap and crack quick. If it’s a stitched logo don’t; for the love of god, dry it after washing cause it’ll shrink weird and the logo will become wavy. Regardless of size. Hats are VERY cheaply made. Honestly you’re better off going to Mitchell and Ness or 47design and paying a little more. You will regret it if you don’t.

GBI ordered a jersey for my husband for… I ordered a jersey for my husband for Christmas on December 14th. It was in stock when I ordered it and it said it would ship by December 21st. I received an email on December 19th (5 days later) stating that my order can no longer be fulfilled as this item is out of stock. I’m not sure why it takes 5 days to tell me something isn’t in stock. Awful experience and now I’m scrambling to find another gift for my husband for Christmas.

DEI would give a zero if I could I would give a zero if I could. I’ve been waiting since October for a refund of 132.00€ Im totally disgusted at this company. I’ve ordered 100s€ in merchandise and to be totally blown off on an item I returned and requested a refund. They’ve confirmed it was received but still no money.
