GBI ordered a jersey for my husband for… I ordered a jersey for my husband for Christmas on December 14th. It was in stock when I ordered it and it said it would ship by December 21st. I received an email on December 19th (5 days later) stating that my order can no longer be fulfilled as this item is out of stock. I’m not sure why it takes 5 days to tell me something isn’t in stock. Awful experience and now I’m scrambling to find another gift for my husband for Christmas.

GBSCAM!!!!… Ordered a present for my husband and paid for expedited shipping. Their tracking is through a app called shop. My item can not be tracked. I asked for a refund. First email they offered a 5% hahaaaaa! Now they are not responding! 83$ thrown away! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM SCAM!

GBGreat jersey I ordered a custom carolina hurricanes 🌀 jersey. It was really nice. I love it. Makes me want to go to Raleigh for a game. While I'm there gonna show off the jersey and maybe get some barbecue. Thank you. Go canes!!!!

GBI have not been this disappointed I have not been this disappointed by a retailer in many years, I can not explain how poor this service is. Three week delivery forcast for a commercially available product which still couldn't be met. Customer service is all automated so you can not speak with a human being and a replay back via email basically said, if you don't like it, cancel your order. Please do not use this retailer for any future business, terrible.

DENot confidence inspiring at all Not confidence inspiring at all. I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering twice. Delivery times are very slow. Ordered 10 days ago and that order hasn't arrived. My order with 3 items got split into 2 separate packages...nobody asked for that. I only have 1 tracking nr. for 1 order in 2 different packages. The tracking for all orders hasn't worked. There is no service email, they tell you to write an essay on some dodgy unprofessional page. Never again.
