Sizing is not what promised Everyone from this shop were great to work with an communication was wonderful, however when I placed the order I expressed this was for a YOUTH non profit organization and was assured the sizing of the socks would fit. After spending our small budget on socks they were received and even after washing do not fit my 6 year old who the organization backs. I let them know they were not what I was promised when it comes to sizing and was offered other types, which there again do not meet sizing I need. The quality was thick and good, but sizing is terrible. You should not be able to sell as youth sizing or should refund if you can not meet ones accommodations.

Ordered Socks and they are beautifully… Ordered Socks and they are beautifully crafted! We had an issue with receiving the socks with the wrong name applied to the design. However, our issue was addressed the same day and a new order was processed with the correct design and name. They were very understanding and professional and handled our order in a timely manner. Absolutely fantastic vendor! Absolutely fantastic vendor! Our company wanted custom design socks for an upcoming corporate event. The process was simple, I chose my sock and then uploaded my design.Within one business day, Vanessa and Jason reached out to me with wonderful design suggestions. In three business days, I got mock ups to present to our planning committee. Their support and excellent customer service was the best! Thank you Custom Sock Shop! I will be ordering from you again!

Finished product is WAY better than I… Finished product is WAY better than I imagined! I had a great experience working with customer service through a few questions and road bumps in the process (some of them admittedly my fault), and could not be more pleased with the final product. Will definitely be using them again (as the socks were given as board/staff gifts and were also a huge hit!!).

Good company Good company, very friendly. They do, however, do all design communication in writing and many details can get missed in the back-and-forth were you find that you are repeating yourself even though you had just put it in writing a few emails before. Other than that, great company!
