Good company Good company, very friendly. They do, however, do all design communication in writing and many details can get missed in the back-and-forth were you find that you are repeating yourself even though you had just put it in writing a few emails before. Other than that, great company!

Service Great, Product Not so much Your customer service is AMAZING.....Everyone on the phone helping me with the order was absolutely phenomenal, couldn't be happier. We loved the sock when we received it, it was exactly as described and as we'd hoped. BUT, after 2-3 washes, the logo is BADLY fraying and looks terrible. Incredibly disappointing that many of the pairs are pretty much unwearable already. We did purchase the high end high quality sock too.....

Absolutely fantastic vendor! Absolutely fantastic vendor! Our company wanted custom design socks for an upcoming corporate event. The process was simple, I chose my sock and then uploaded my design.Within one business day, Vanessa and Jason reached out to me with wonderful design suggestions. In three business days, I got mock ups to present to our planning committee. Their support and excellent customer service was the best! Thank you Custom Sock Shop! I will be ordering from you again!

Low quality products, even worse customer service. Terrible company! Products arrived several days later than promised (thus missing the holiday for which I planned to give them as gifts). Even worse was the shockingly low quality of the socks--they were as thin as ladies nylons, and the custom images were poorly applied (edges were unclear, portions of the image were cut off). I tried MULTIPLE times with their customer service to get a refund and was refused each time. Have not had such bad service in many years. Do not waste your time and money!

Horrible Unpleasant Experience Ordered socks AUG 22 and they NEVER ARRIVED. Contacted customer service (joke) and they NEVER RESPONDED. Thanks for ruining a birthday and ripping me off!!
