Low quality products, even worse customer service. Terrible company! Products arrived several days later than promised (thus missing the holiday for which I planned to give them as gifts). Even worse was the shockingly low quality of the socks--they were as thin as ladies nylons, and the custom images were poorly applied (edges were unclear, portions of the image were cut off). I tried MULTIPLE times with their customer service to get a refund and was refused each time. Have not had such bad service in many years. Do not waste your time and money!

Gift arrived very late Gift arrived very late. Terrible customer service. I paid extra for expedited shipping so the gift would have plenty of time to make it for Xmas. Ordered on 12/14, supposed to arrive 3-5 days. The gift arrived on 1/12. I could not find a number to call. I emailed re my troubles and was offered a 10 percent discount, $3 dollars. I paid $9.99 for shipping. I will not be ordering from this company again. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Finished product is WAY better than I… Finished product is WAY better than I imagined! I had a great experience working with customer service through a few questions and road bumps in the process (some of them admittedly my fault), and could not be more pleased with the final product. Will definitely be using them again (as the socks were given as board/staff gifts and were also a huge hit!!).

Great customer service Easy to use website, many color options and fast customer service. They even messaged me after placing my order to inform me certain colors would be hard to see together and helped me to quickly resolve these issues. Only downside, I wish they had more font options.

I was charged 20 for shipping and it… I was charged 20 for shipping and it didn't show the shipping cost or the fact that if I would have added to my order to go over $200, I would have saved that cost. I'm not happy about that at all as it raises the average cost per item. The logos and mock up process with this site are really poor and the response time for logo/customization has been poor. What I'm hoping for is that the product will actually be high quality and someone that knows what they are doing assists us with customization in the future.
