Shipping and Customer Service I placed an order on April 8. I paid for express shipping. I have emailed twice with slow response to my email asking about my order. I received an email on April 14, stating the order shipped ( reminder I paid for EXPRESS SHIPPING) and it is now April 20th and the email stated that it would be 8-12 more days. There is NOTHING express about this company. Very disappointed and I don’t even have the product yet.

And as a non profit organization, we found pricing to be very competitive. But that's not the only reason why we keep coming back and don't look elsewhere. Custom Sock Shop customer service is second to none. The team is responsive, friendly, accommodating, reliable and true to their word. From time to time a hiccup in the process may occur - it's nice to know your supplier stands by their product 100%. Our supporters love their socks that they receive from our Foundation and we typically sell out year to year. Very successful. Love me some socks from Custom Sock Shop!!

Great customer service Easy to use website, many color options and fast customer service. They even messaged me after placing my order to inform me certain colors would be hard to see together and helped me to quickly resolve these issues. Only downside, I wish they had more font options.

Same order experience with other people who order puzzle I have the same experience with other people who wrote on the puzzle order. I did the same thing and the tracking is stuck on awaiting package for more than 12 days. If this is a scam company why is the custom sock shop has the option to order a puzzle?

Sizing is not what promised Everyone from this shop were great to work with an communication was wonderful, however when I placed the order I expressed this was for a YOUTH non profit organization and was assured the sizing of the socks would fit. After spending our small budget on socks they were received and even after washing do not fit my 6 year old who the organization backs. I let them know they were not what I was promised when it comes to sizing and was offered other types, which there again do not meet sizing I need. The quality was thick and good, but sizing is terrible. You should not be able to sell as youth sizing or should refund if you can not meet ones accommodations.
