GBGood company Good company, very friendly. They do, however, do all design communication in writing and many details can get missed in the back-and-forth were you find that you are repeating yourself even though you had just put it in writing a few emails before. Other than that, great company!

GBSizing is not what promised Everyone from this shop were great to work with an communication was wonderful, however when I placed the order I expressed this was for a YOUTH non profit organization and was assured the sizing of the socks would fit. After spending our small budget on socks they were received and even after washing do not fit my 6 year old who the organization backs. I let them know they were not what I was promised when it comes to sizing and was offered other types, which there again do not meet sizing I need. The quality was thick and good, but sizing is terrible. You should not be able to sell as youth sizing or should refund if you can not meet ones accommodations.

GBShipping and Customer Service I placed an order on April 8. I paid for express shipping. I have emailed twice with slow response to my email asking about my order. I received an email on April 14, stating the order shipped ( reminder I paid for EXPRESS SHIPPING) and it is now April 20th and the email stated that it would be 8-12 more days. There is NOTHING express about this company. Very disappointed and I don’t even have the product yet.

GBnot so happy I told Vanessa I needed these socks by Monday (with the specific date) for a special event,( also said cancel if you can not get it done) it is now Thursday my team is leaving tonight for their competition without their custom socks. Very disappointed :(

CAHorrible Unpleasant Experience Ordered socks AUG 22 and they NEVER ARRIVED. Contacted customer service (joke) and they NEVER RESPONDED. Thanks for ruining a birthday and ripping me off!!
