However, our issue was addressed the same day and a new order was processed with the correct design and name. They were very understanding and professional and handled our order in a timely manner. Service Great, Product Not so much Your customer service is AMAZING.....Everyone on the phone helping me with the order was absolutely phenomenal, couldn't be happier. We loved the sock when we received it, it was exactly as described and as we'd hoped. BUT, after 2-3 washes, the logo is BADLY fraying and looks terrible. Incredibly disappointing that many of the pairs are pretty much unwearable already. We did purchase the high end high quality sock too.....

Low quality products, even worse customer service. Terrible company! Products arrived several days later than promised (thus missing the holiday for which I planned to give them as gifts). Even worse was the shockingly low quality of the socks--they were as thin as ladies nylons, and the custom images were poorly applied (edges were unclear, portions of the image were cut off). I tried MULTIPLE times with their customer service to get a refund and was refused each time. Have not had such bad service in many years. Do not waste your time and money!
