GBNo customer service. Stick showed up used. I’ve tried to get in touch since the beginning of January with no response. My stick showed up with scuffs in the head, the seal around the logo is peeling and a huge chunk out of the butt of the stick. For $250 and being marketed as a new stick that’s how it should show up. New.

GBAbove and Beyond Every time we come into Lacrosse Fanatic we get excellent, friendly service, and this time was no exception. My son needed a replacement head for his long pole, and the person who helped us took the time to explain the different types of heads for defense and even let him try out the one he ended up selecting. It's always the best experience.
