GBGreat experience! I've never heard of Lacrosse Fanatic before but ordered a reasonably priced Cascade XRS helmet for my kid. Shipping said it could take 7-10 days but it arrived within 3 days! The helmet was well packaged and works great. Will definitely order from Lacrosse Fanatic again!

GBNo customer service. Stick showed up used. I’ve tried to get in touch since the beginning of January with no response. My stick showed up with scuffs in the head, the seal around the logo is peeling and a huge chunk out of the butt of the stick. For $250 and being marketed as a new stick that’s how it should show up. New.

GBTop notch customer service Top notch customer service! They strung a head within 24 hours for my son because he needed it for a tournament that weekend. However, we had a family emergency and had trouble getting to the store to get it before the tournament. I called to inform them about why we had not picked it up and they overnighted it to our house at no extra charge - we had it the next afternoon. Thank you guys!!

GBFriendly staff & website easy to navigate Website is very easy to navigate. Staff was super friendly and helpful from the time I entered the store to pick up my items to the time I walked out the door. Lacrosse Fanatic always has what I’m looking for and at reasonable prices (as far as LAX gear goes).
