Personal touch that can’t be matched When we wanted to purchase a new lacrosse stick for our daughter for Christmas, we checked a couple of larger chain stores first. They were going to charge $65 in shipping and taxes. Lacrosse Fanatic’s price for the stick did not come with additional shipping or fees. Not only that, but I was able to call the store and request that they hold onto the stick for a week before shipping so that it would arrive when we were back home from vacation. The personal touch from a smaller operation has earned my future loyalty and business!

Purchased stick last night. Purchased the stick last night and already received a tracking number this morning. FANTASTIC SERVICE! I had actually bought the same stick from another site 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped, so I cancelled that order last night and ordered it from Lacrosse Fanatic!

No customer service. Stick showed up used. I’ve tried to get in touch since the beginning of January with no response. My stick showed up with scuffs in the head, the seal around the logo is peeling and a huge chunk out of the butt of the stick. For $250 and being marketed as a new stick that’s how it should show up. New.
