We live in Oregon and travel throughout the country for lacrosse tournaments. At tournaments your staff is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Price break on shipping is great and shipping on the west coast is speedy. Great customer service! I placed an order on a late Friday night west coast time. Best instructional Lacrosse skills progam. I signed up all three of my boys for the Lacrosse Fanatic skills instructional program over the xmas holiday break.. What a treat to have gained so much stick and game knowledge in such a short time, especially as two boys are first timers.. Top tier coaches worked their leadership roles and instructed both advanced players from Aces n such to giving newcomers the skill set to prep for the season ahead. Invaluable instruction to get the players at their best. Thanks to coaches who gave their all to making a competitive experience possible.

Purchased stick last night. Purchased the stick last night and already received a tracking number this morning. FANTASTIC SERVICE! I had actually bought the same stick from another site 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped, so I cancelled that order last night and ordered it from Lacrosse Fanatic!

Top notch customer service Top notch customer service! They strung a head within 24 hours for my son because he needed it for a tournament that weekend. However, we had a family emergency and had trouble getting to the store to get it before the tournament. I called to inform them about why we had not picked it up and they overnighted it to our house at no extra charge - we had it the next afternoon. Thank you guys!!

Personal touch that can’t be matched When we wanted to purchase a new lacrosse stick for our daughter for Christmas, we checked a couple of larger chain stores first. They were going to charge $65 in shipping and taxes. Lacrosse Fanatic’s price for the stick did not come with additional shipping or fees. Not only that, but I was able to call the store and request that they hold onto the stick for a week before shipping so that it would arrive when we were back home from vacation. The personal touch from a smaller operation has earned my future loyalty and business!
