Unbeatable price, excellent service The prices are unbeatable. The product is exactly what I wanted. The delivery was quicker than I expected, but I live in Salt Lake and the store is in Boulder, CO. I haven’t yet installed the derailleur on my bike, but I know that it will be perfect for my needs. SRAM Apex is the ultimate in affordable quality. Definitely do business with these guys. I can’t wait to do more with them myself.

SRAM XO DUB Boost Crank Set Quick turn time and perfect fit. I purchased the XO crankset for my Mountain Bike, received in a few days, installed and rode this weekend. It was a perfect fit and nice replacement for my SRAM X1 crankset that was starting to creak. Purchased from Colorado Cyclist and I guess they are now Planet Cyclery. Price was also lower here.

They have the goods As we all know, bike components are difficult to find. Planet Cyclery was able to deliver two SRAM Rival cassettes with 2-day shipping compared to 2-month lead times from other suppliers.

Excellent customer service and shipping I called for more info on the bottom bracket and someone answered within a couple rings and answered all my questions! I am amazed at the customer services as well as low prices/shipping. I got my package the next day for free living in (Utah Valley).
