Excellent all around Called to verify stock of a couple of racks and, not only did I get to talk to a real live human being but I didn't have to wait on hold and the info they gave me was 100% accurate including when the racks were going to ship out. Wouldn't hesitate buying from Backcountry Racks again!

Love my Inno Kayak Assist Bar I received my Inno Kayak Lifter Load Assist Bar on time and am happy to recommend BackcountryRacks to my kayaking friends. It was easy to use UPS package tracking to know when it would arrive. The Assist Bar makes loading my kayak much easier, especially after a long day of playing on the river.

Awesome Customer Service! I ordered a step for Jeep so my old dog would have an easier time getting in and out. Backcountry Racks had the best price, so I ordered. They let me know that the item was backordered, and they checked with other warehouses to see if they could find it in stock, but were unable to do so. They asked if I wanted to wait or have a refund. I needed the item quickly, so I chose refund, which they immediately processed. I ended up purchasing the item through another venue for $45 more. I would have definitely waited if I had the time! The customer service and communication were wonderful, especially in a situation that could have been very negative. I will most definitely browse their online catalog to find something to purchase.

We received the Rhino Rack Vortex Track Mount Roof Rack w/o Tracks Y02-480-NT & installed them on an A.R.E. Camper shell for our Toyota Tundra and they worked perfect.
