Awesome Customer Service! I ordered a step for Jeep so my old dog would have an easier time getting in and out. Backcountry Racks had the best price, so I ordered. They let me know that the item was backordered, and they checked with other warehouses to see if they could find it in stock, but were unable to do so. They asked if I wanted to wait or have a refund. I needed the item quickly, so I chose refund, which they immediately processed. I ended up purchasing the item through another venue for $45 more. I would have definitely waited if I had the time! The customer service and communication were wonderful, especially in a situation that could have been very negative. I will most definitely browse their online catalog to find something to purchase.

Accurate Product Suggestions for Your Vehicle First - product is exactly what I expected and fit my car perfectly like the website’s search suggested and product description reported. I dropped a star because when the roof rack arrived, the packaging was a disaster. Also, there was a minor piece that was chipped. This damage had no negative effects on performance and is not visible once installed. Usually receiving a product in that condition would have infuriated me, but I did purchase from a “clearance” portion of the website for 50% off retail. I’m sure it was a return or something.

Don’t go anywhere else They went the extra mile to verify that the extra long load bars I need would work on my car when other retailers wouldn’t even take a phone call. Combine the phenomenal customer service with great prices and a big selection and there is no reason to go elsewhere
