GBGreat product/ poor delivery method Received every part/ piece as expected from order in great condition. Only reason this is not a 5 star review is because the order came in 3 separate delivered and was not communicated that each piece to the complete set would be shipped individually. When I received the first package I thought I ordered the wrong piece and wasted time calling the help center which is down due to covid. So then I had to email the hell center in which I never got a response. Fortunately the other two parts/ shipments arrived a week later.

GBExchange - Needed Pro, Not Cascade Backcountry Racks - no complaints. They were very accommodating when I ordered the wrong rack (Cascade) and wanted to exchange for another (PRO). The shipping costs for my part in the return were not able to be compensated but they did process the exchange without my incurring the costs for the additional shipping for the new rack. If anyone Does see this, don’t brain-fart like I did and get the Cascade if you want to put away full setups. It’ll hold full setups (from Landyachtz cruisers to longboards), you just can’t use each slot, then — like if you have cruisers and skateboards… the trucks and wheels will get in the way and block off another slot. This would be fine if I had fewer boards to put up… but I do need each slot. 😅

GBRoof Rack and Cargo Box I bought a roof rack and cargo box for my new car and couldn't be more pleased. Backcountry Racks was helpful as I navigated the many choices available. GBAwesome Customer Service! I ordered a step for Jeep so my old dog would have an easier time getting in and out. Backcountry Racks had the best price, so I ordered. They let me know that the item was backordered, and they checked with other warehouses to see if they could find it in stock, but were unable to do so. They asked if I wanted to wait or have a refund. I needed the item quickly, so I chose refund, which they immediately processed. I ended up purchasing the item through another venue for $45 more. I would have definitely waited if I had the time! The customer service and communication were wonderful, especially in a situation that could have been very negative. I will most definitely browse their online catalog to find something to purchase.

GBBackcountry Racks has great customer service Backcountry Racks has great customer service. They personally helped me find the right bike rack and roof rack for my car at the prices that worked for me, and helped me troubleshoot. Highly recommend!
